Visitor Visa Applicant Wife Proving Family Ties

Hi Guys,

Helping my cousin out to call my uncle and auntie to visit from india to uk.

So the uncle has property in his name and a shop too but is retired now.

The auntie is a housewife has a joint account with uncle.

Any proofs for ties we can provide for her as she doesn't own property/assets etc.

She has a Sister, son, Daughter and grandchildren. If we prove family ties how is this evidence provided?

If your auntie is applying with her husband, she doesn't need to prove extra family ties. Her husbands' document should cover the pair of them.
They are seen as one unit. You can back it up with a marriage certificate.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

They have wedding certificate translated to English back in 2016.

Would this be acceptable or does it need to be recent?

That should be fine. You don't have to make weddings recent.

Thank you, is it ok to combine documents. Payslips we have weekly so there is alot.

Also the bank statements ok to combine into 1 file for all 6 months etc or best to leave separate?

It is your best interest to provide your supporting documents in such a way the CW is not confused, miss or mix something up towards ensuring a favourable outcome.
