UK Visitor Visa for Friend

Hi,

I am planning to invite my friend to UK in tourist VISA. I have gone through the documents check list, but have a few questions, hope someone could help me here.

1.She is a house-wife, and will be travelling alone

2.She doesn't have any property in her name, however her husband has properties in his name, for which we have the required documents

3. She is having a bank account in India.

4.I will be sponsoring her travel and accommodation completely

Queries-

Which document she has to submit as the finance evidences, as she is not having any property on her name. can she provide her husband property + marriage certificate ?

What is the minimum balance should be available in her bank account ?

It would be great if you could please assist me in this.
