Visitor visa for inlaws

Hi guys I like to invite my brother and sister in laws to visit us in uk. They will manage the cost of travel etc. I will provide accommodation from my end . Please can you suggest what documents do I need to provide as a sponsor and what docs to be provided by my in laws? They are in Singapore on work visa.

Also can you suggest format of invitation letter? Thanks
