visitor visa for niece

My wife and I are thinking of sponsoring her 10 year old niece for a holiday to the UK in the summer. I have sponsored my father in law before and know the process and documents that are required. My question is if there are any other documents or information that I should provide in this case seeing as it is a child visitor? I am planning to go to Pakistan when the visa is approved and accompany my niece back for the trip. Thanks all.
