Visitor visa for parents

Hi everyone
Query regarding visitor visa
1. On my mother’s passport address is house no 10 but originally it’s number 1 with all other documents along fathers passport’s as well.So applying visa which address should I put there.
2. Nowadays letter of sponsorship need to be notary attested?
3. As my parents came here once in 2016, can i apply for 2 years visitors visa as they have strong connections to the home country.

2. Nowadays letter of sponsorship need to be notary attested? No
3. As my parents came here once in 2016, can i apply for 2 years visitors visa as they have strong connections to the home country. You can try it, nothing stops them from applying for a visa length exceeding 6months as per forum members experiences.

Is there any specific documents and funds need gor 2 years visitor visa as there both son and daughter living in uk.
Note - daughter is citizen of uk and son is currently on work visa

Evidence of strong ties to home country, financial evidence like bank account statements etc.

This weakens their visit visa application.

You will need to demonstrate that they have a stronger connection to their country of habitual residence than both their children living here.

Are either of the parents employed? That would help the case as it is easier to demonstrate that they have to return to a job.
