Visitor visa from Bangladesh

Hi all


I was wondering if you could help me cos I saw your advice regarding family visitor. My sister is applying for our first cousin to come here as a family visitor for about 6 weeks because we havent seen her for several years and her grandmother (nani) is very ill in the UK (she has been in a care home for last couple of years).

I've been told that because our cousin is a girl and she is single and in her early twenties then she might not get a visitors visa.

She has a small business in Bangladesh and her brother is going to provide most of the finances for her expenses to go to the UK and spending money.

We are also willing to pay for her flight and accommodate her free of charge during her time in the UK.

My sister in the UK works full time and has some money saved.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The key is to provide evidence that she has ties enough to the country to virtually guarantee return.

Prove that, and prove she can be supported in the UK, and it should be ok.
