Visitor Visa Query

Dear all,

I have a query over UK visitor Visa for my parents.

My dad is a retired person and my mum has always been a housewife.

They both have property and other investments in India and they are also looking after my grandparents.

They visited us in the UK last year (2018) in summer, from June-Sept. They stayed for total duration of 10 weeks, left UK in September and went to USA for a family visit and then flew back to India in November.

I would like to invite them again in 3rd or 4th week of April for 3 months holidays.

So basically they left UK in Sept 2018 and would like to apply for another Visa to come to UK for family visit in Apr 2019.

Would home office object? Is there any rule around this? There is no doubt that they returning back as they have property, parents to look after to and other investments. To add, my wife and children would also go to India with them for a short holiday.

Any advice, suggestion, opinion will be appreciated.

They can certainly apply. Nobody here can tell you what the result will be. Only way to find out is to apply.

As they previously had a visa and abided by the terms of it they have a good chance of getting it again.
