Visitor Visa question

Post by AlbyBack » Sun Feb 28, 2016 3:39 pm

A simple question i hope... If a UK Visitor Visa application is refused, can the decision be appealed, and how long does that appeal process usually take?

Thanks

There is no full rights of appeal for a visitor visa refusal, unless on human rights grounds. This article explains clearly the options:

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
