visitor visa

Post by krssubbu » Thu Apr 28, 2011 8:59 am

hi,

sorry i am not sure if this is the correct category to place this topic?

My wife is pregnant and we would like to invite our parents from India to stay with us. I am on Tier 1 visa and my wife is on dependent visa of mine.

I think they can apply visitor visa and come over ?

Just have a few questions regarding this?

1. we live in a 1 bedroom house (will this document be enough to bring my wife's mom to stay with us - just one person for now) - or is 1 bedroom house too small for 3 people
2. is it better to mention my wife is pregnant and my mohter in law is coming to the uk to take care of her or better not to mention it at all
3. what documents do i need to produce to sponser her visa other the accmodation proof

thanks

Thanks for this.

1. i have a 1 bedroom house (1 living room + 1 bedroom+1 Spam+1 bathroom) - the link says if you have 2 rooms then 3 people can live. so is bedroom and living room counteed as 2 rooms ? both are more than 100 sq feet (quite large rooms)

2. is it better not to mention about pregnancy

Thanks

please help me as i am about to take a 1 bedroom house tomorrow. if needed then i will look for 2 bedroom else?
