Visitor Visa _Tier1 Dependant Relations

Hi,

I am the Tier1 General Main Applicant; my wive's parent ( residing in India) would like to visit UK so I am planning to apply for Visitor Visa for them.

Off late, I found that there names are wrongly written in their Passports and in their property documents;

Can I get the NOTARY Certificate stating that the names appearing in the passports and in the property documents belongs to the same person? NOt sure whether the notary will really works and accepts by British Embassy,Please clarify.
