visitors visa-need help urgently

Hello all,

i have been living in UK for almost 5 yrs. when my PSW was about to expire my company had decided to apply for a work permit (tier 2) as my job was on shortage list we managed to get a cos. i came to india to apply for entry clearance it was refused on the ground of maintainance even though my 90days bank statement had more than BSP 800. my lawyer thought appealing against it may take long time and decided to apply for a fresh cos. we got cos again this time maintainance was certified in COS. again my visa was refused on maintanace ground. very unfair decision. then my company decided to terminate my tier 2 visa process and my employment too.

problem i have is my all belongings r in UK i need to get back there to get all including my all imp documents, certificates which i need for my future job application in india. i am planning to apply for visitors visa my friends in UK are ready to sponsor me for my short visit, can anyone please sugst me if what can i do to make my visa application very strong case? what documents i will require? chances of visa being granted??

The chances of getting a visitor visa after being refused an entry clearance visa twice for a different category of visa is practically nil as the ECO will believe you will not return back home .
