I have invited a Filipino friend who works on contract in UAE. He has been refused twice on grounds of no strong family ties, savings and property etc.
Does anyone know if he can apply through the Philippines whilst physically in Dubai? His property and funds and extended and close family are at his home in Philippines. We, the invitees, are well qualified to act as sponsors and guarantors.
