wage slips not signed/stamped:exceptional consideration

Post by meer_iet » Tue Apr 10, 2007 5:37 pm

hello friends,
Though persued alot, my employer doesn't agree to stamp and sign the on-line wage slips. It does not even agree to give me a letter saying it is company policy or mentioning this inability.

can i claim exceptional consideration? what are the solid reasons.
i am already claiming an exceptional evidence because Tax Return doesn't cover the claim period.
I will provide bank statements+letter from emplyer(for gross salary).

please suggest.
regards

Thatz strange, request for exceptional consideration would not be accepted under this circumstances, i think.

why the refusal to do what is a corporate responsibility to an employer?
