Hi,
Some advice needed from the people in the know. Our visa got refused to which an appeal was put in. Visa was refused on the grounds of not meeting the £18,600 mark - which was clearly not the case. Proof was sent in the appeal.
Now want to know what are the chances that the decision will be overturned before the date? Or is it better to make a fresh application???
Latest email from tribunal:::
Thank you for your e-mail.
An IA10 (Notice of Pending Appeal) was sent to all parties to the appeal on 22.01.2014. This notice is for information only, as it is for the respondent who originally refused the application to action.
The respondent was then given until 08.04.2014 to review the appeal documents that were submitted and decide whether to overturn their original refused decision.
To date there is no response showing as being received; presently your Appeal is with the Judge who is making a decision on your expedite request that you had made.
This Decision should be with you shortly, once this as be made depending on the decision giving will then go to the next relevant step of process.
