Waiting for decision from ait

Post by louloukla » Sat May 01, 2010 11:58 pm

Hi,

I attended court in March for my husbands appeal to come back to the uk.

The judge said I would recieve a decision in 2-3 weeks. It has now been more than 6 weeks and I have still not recieved a decision.

Can anyone tell me how long it can take to recieve the decision and if there is anything I can do to get the decision speeded up as we have been separated for 19 months and have a 9 month old baby who my husband misses.

Thanks in advance.

The adjudicators decison normally takes about 2 weeks to arrive at your home. I suggest you contact AIT and ask them for the reason for the delay.

They will tell you the reason for delay. Explain your circumstances and the problem they are causing you.
