waiting for judges decision

Hello everyone
I need ur help
I appeal sattelment
My hearing done on 28th November
n judge say they will writing in 10 days but is b n 1 month I didn't heard any fink from judge can anyone help me y is take tym n how long is take to get any letter
And where I contact

Plz plz help me am so stuck
