waiting for the home office

Hello,my wifes Moldovan ,I'm English ,we won our spouse visa appeal on the 11th September 2015,we are still waiting for the visa to be issued ,or the home office to contact us,or the fee being refunded,I'm going round in circles trying to find out whats going on ,is it normal for it to take so long?and is there anything I can do to speed things up ,any advice on what to do now would be appreciated ,thanx

I would contact you MP to chase it up for you. Their intervention often gets things moving.
