waiting status decision

Hi
I got EU1 application refusal and I appealed the decision by form 4 which they enclosed into the refusal letter.
Besides, I was in immigration office with my irish citizen child in order to upgrade my eu treaty status by zambrano.
They advised me to send all, eu treaty appeal and zambrano documents to the separate address (zambrano in writing and eu treaty rights with appeal form 4). I have sent them all with relevant documents.
My existing 6 months temporary GNIB card (eu treaty card) expires in the middle of june, if anyone knows or went through this issue before and what is the
issue I have to be expecting from INIS, please let me know or advise what to do.

They have all documents received I have been requested by them.
