waiting time for COA

hey guys i applied for a COA want to marry fiance,he is a brit and we havae a baby(brit).im an overstayer intent on going back to my home country to apply for a spouse visa.our relationship is genuine we first met at school(high)14years ago and have been together for 6.

i applied for a COA mid april 09 still havent got an answer sent off affidavits.its been 10 weeks now since we sent application.so frustrating.....its untrue these people, :shock: on the other end think we are dump.bla bla blah my question doe sthe 14 weeks start from when u first sent the application or when u sent affidavits.

Waiting time begins from the date the HO receive your application.

oh thanx so i have month before i can stop hussling them everyday i cant believe its taking so long.i havent really made any plans for the wedding lucky hey.
