Want to apply HSMP dependent visa-gt Appval Mar'06,Vis Oct'8

Hi This is Pattan from India,
I got HSMP approval letter in Mar-2006 and visa got rejected twice with irrelevant reasons. I appealed and got my VISA in Oct-2008.

I got ONLY HSMP visa for 2 years and not Tire-1.

I am in in UK since March 2009.

I have few questions regarding my dependents visa (Wife and 3 years Daughter)

1. what are the rules applicable for my dependents for my kind of visa (HSMP or Tire-1)?
2. What is the minimum fund i need to maintain in my account and in my spouse account?
3. What are the documents i need to provide at the time of their visa in VFS?
4. How much is the Visa fee applicable in my case?

FYI: I am into software and as market is in bad shape. Right now i am holding two part time jobs.
