want to apply Newborn passport, parents passport in ukba

we applied for t1 entreprunal since oct 2012 and still waiting for outcome. Here I have got some queries if you can help me with that please:

We recently have babyborn in uk and he is 2 month old now. Now anytime from now we will need to travel to india. either i get positive reply from ukba or nagative reply! because i have family wedding and i cant miss it.

I have seen indian highcommision website, it says i need to be there with orginal passport, but i dont have it with me. so what is the best thing i can do? if i have rejection then i have to leave country in 28 days or if i get positive reply and dont have enough time to go through the procedure of passport than is there any option like travel document or something?

Just wanted to check if you have registered the birth your baby with HCI to start with?

I have looked for some posts related to this query and would suggest you to read board index "http://www.immigrationboards.com/other- ... ml#p844381" WHERE Few people suggest you won't need original passports.

If I m in your place I will go to HCI LONDON in person with all the documents required( original and self attested photocopies) and see what happens there. Also, You must have received an acknowledgment letter from UKBA on your application, you can show that to the HCI LONDON, to support your new born's passport application.

I don't think you should wait until its too late and when you don't want to miss something important. You never know staff at HCI LONDON, may just make your day. Give it a go. "Good Luck".
