I want to become Belgium citizen

Hi, I have read the offical website of "Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation" of belgium

It states that I am able to submit an application for naturalisation if "Your legal main place of residence must have been Belgium for at least three years prior to your application"

What does "legal main place" mean? If I stay there and study a bachelor degree, can I meet the requirement? Apart from staying at Belgium for at least 3 years, are there any other requirement that I must fulfill? Thank for answering~
