Want to bring my parents on visiting visa

Hi

I am a British Citizen, working as an IT contractor through my Limited company. I want to bring my parents from India to UK on visiting visa.
My wife is still on Indian passport. Me and my wife taking less salary (600 per month as salary and rest as dividends) from our limited company. I formed this limited company in this year only.I am not sure of the documents to submit and what happens if i don't have job at the time of applying visa? Please advise.
