Want to be member of AMSPAR instead CMI

I want to change my membership from CMI(Chartered Manager's Institute) to AMSPAR(Association of all medical secretaries,practice managers,administrators and receptionist (GP Practices) as their qualification and membership is more recognized and valuable in Health sector (GP practices)
I am working as Management Consultant for GP Practices(3 at the moment) and got my visa when under membership of both

Any Valuable advice
