Want an update about CCL's PSW

Hi everyone,

I got my PSW from CCL, but as you all know what happend to that college. Anyhow, I got refusal from HO with a right of appeal in Feb 09. I appealed against that decision and won that appeal in Mar 09, but HO appealed against that decision of court. Now I recieved another Hearing Date from HO yesterday.

It is really appreciated if anyone can help me about this that what will be the probability chances of my hearing.

You will going to lose the case anyway as per CCL Test Case
