If the marriage is going to happen anyway, does she now accept that the two of you will live together in the UK? If not then it would be wrong to apply for a visa for her and IMHO think long and hard about whether marriage is the right thing to do.
So the plan is that you fly back to your country, the two of you get married there, and then she applies for a dependent visa? If so, especially because of your history, I think you should submit lots of "evidence of contact" between the two of you. Effectively prove to the ECO that this is not a "marriage of convenience".
