BN - Was self employed but now employed

Hi guys,
Just a couple of urgent questions.
I was self employed for most of the last 5 years, but in the last 12 months I become employed and even changed employment just last month to a new employer.
1. Which tax details should I give in the Form AN?
2. If I give current employer's tax details, but there is little tax I paid here, does that affect my application?
3. I have had 6 packing tickets since Jan 2014 to date (very un-usual for me), but I have paid 4 of them and I have contest / appealed the last 2 tickets. Will this affect good character assessment?
Any advise / suggestions will be highly appreciated pls.
