web developer since 1999 but holds vocational certficate

i've been working as web developer since 1999 up to date. dont see any problem also in getting reference from my previous employers. though some have close already i, have some documents that supports me as an employee. hope that will be enough.

the only problem i see is that i only hold a 2 years vocational certificate here in the philippines. never used it at job requirement since most of my work was by referals.

my questions are:

- what is the sucess rate of my case in ACS assessment?
- can my experience overide my lack of diploma to qualify in a suitable bracket?
- will ACS membership improve success rate in assessment?
- can i have my qualification assess without membership?
