Website error replacement BRP visa

Hello,
I am applying for a replacement BRP visa as I lost my BRP. In the final step of the application, I click on the 'provide documents and biometrics' button and I am redirected to vfs global's website. However, all I get is "We are sorry, but an error has occurred. Please close your browser and try again in a little while." I have tried different browsers and also redid my application to no avail. Anything I can do..? Am in Bangladesh if that's relevant.
