What is accountant's certificate of confirmation in accounts

Under policy guidelines it is mentioned about accountant's certificate of confirmation and accounts compilation report, are there par of unaudited accounts?

There is no such a thing as accountant's certificate of confirmation required in the Immigration rules Appendix A. The term is used in the guide refers to the Compilation Report from your accountant.
