what after u see your date of application is processed?

Dear all,

I want to know from those who has been recently granted the HSMP that when exactly the HSMP team aproaches the individual and how? i mean which way (email, postal mail, telephone, etc.)

Now workignintheuk.gov.uk palces the operational service level every week (though not updated since 20th December), after the date is mentioned there as processed, what is the expacted time for an individual who has applied before that date, to hear somethign from HSMP team?
