what application to make for a child born outside uk

my daughter was born in kenya while the father was serving in the British army and was in an overseas assignment. i had a spouse visa and her a visit visa which ran out in October 2016 so the father took her to renew it but didn't instead left her there .i have since separated from him due to domestic violence and have applied for ilr and still waiting for responce..i live in a refuge and i want to apply for my daughter to come join me in the uk. what can i apply for?
