What are my chances?

I have the following..

MCSE 2003: Security
CISSP
CCSP
CCNA
Security+
Server+
CWNA

and 9 years IT experience although about 3-4 years of it involves pretty basic pc stuff, paper jams, reload windows 98 , remove virus etc
any info would be appreciated.

You should try the RPL way with total exp. required is 8 years and if you have atleast 1 yr exp. in some of the specialisations that you mentioned. Modl Points should not be a problem for you.
