What are the conditions for working a second (remote) job for nonUK company on Skilled Worker Visa?

When one is on a skilled worker visa, they can only work up 20h in a second (same) job for a UK company. If they work more , then visa requirements would need to be revised.

Does anyone know what the conditions are if the company is not a UK company and does not have UK offices? Or maybe signpost me to where I can find this information. TIA🙏🏾
