Hi All, I m on ILR since may 2012 got that on 10 year route. I was doing my own business but due to market problems I have to stop and wind up all that in January. now I m doing a part time job 10 hours a week and got a contract with a company as selfemployed contractor to provide market research services earning about 1500 a month on average for last 2 months. Last year my earnings after all the losses 7100 pounds. I have never claimed anything. I m renting privately and my wife is on FLR (m) visa ''no public funds''.
Can I get help with Housing benefit or working tax credit. Will this have any Effect on wife ILR Visa next year.
