What could be the reason!!!

Hello everyone,

I think I have a different story....my application got refused so went to court and judge accepted my appeal in 15 seconds...thats the good part...after 12 weeks received a call in letter asking me for 2 photographs and now it has been 6 weeks I have NOT received my passport...any ideas????
Does anyone has Bazoka?????
