what different between FLR(O)and FLR(FP)

Hi my situation is 2004 I married to British citizen guy
and my baby born 2004 , 2005 me and my baby back to my country still now.My divorced 2009share custody of my baby. And now I want send my baby back to UK . So which form should I use as I am travel visitor. Thanks
