What documents do I need to get a replacement?

I would like to know about, the documents required to order a single entry replacement visa?

I am planning to begin the process of obtaining my replacement indefinite leave to remain documents - as they got stolen whilst I was abroad. I’ve been searching all over home office website about the documents, required to obtain a replacement, but I’m struggling to see any list. Can someone assist me further.
