Thats what I thought, but been reading many topics regarding documents to be provided like proofs where my and her name appear together like council tax, maybe bank accs...etc...!!!nnj10 wrote:I don't think your dependent wife need to fill up another form. Her details just goes in the SET(O) form of main applicant.
She will of course have to provide her passport and photograph etc.
If you are in T1G, co-habitation documents are probably not required.
Assuming your wife is a Tier1(G) dependent, you need to include her details in the same SET(O) form as yours. You have to provide some cohabitation documents. Read the FAQ in this site. And this is also asked in the SET(O) form section 10A. It has not specified how many evidences you can provide. As long as you prove that you have stayed together for last 2 years, you should be okay.[/url]1sppandey wrote:Thats what I thought, but been reading many topics regarding documents to be provided like proofs where my and her name appear together like council tax, maybe bank accs...etc...!!!nnj10 wrote:I don't think your dependent wife need to fill up another form. And also do I need to provide any of her bank statements as I read somewhere that she needs to show a minimum amount of funds in her account...???
I do have council tax bills for this year and last year with both our names on it and also have a joint bank account, how months statements would you recommend I put in the file..? (these statements are different from my salary account)linkers wrote:As nnj10 suggested, don’t get confused with co-habitation documents as they are only required for ILR based on spouse visa using SET(M) form.
For Tier-1, it would be nice to have one or two (or more if you have) documents on your wife’s name should be enough. Joint documents on both of your names can also be included in your application.
Also, none of you (you and your wife) need to show any minimum funds as there is no such requirement for ILR applications which are based on Tier-1 at the moment.
