What documents required from person sending invite letter?

I would asking my friend to send invite letter stating that I would be staying in his accomodation initially.

Can anyone please list the documents that my friend would need send along with the invite letter?

1) Invitation letter
2) Copy of Utility Bills(tel, gas)
3) Copy of council tax receipt
4) Last 3 month bank st.
5) Copy of mortgage deed
