What to do first when landed in UK

What does one have to do first after arrival to the UK?
Besides looking for a job, what are the other things newly admitted HSMP holder should do? Where should one be registrered?

Hi,

1. Register for NHS
2. Get bank account
3. Apply for NI number
4. Apply for Provisional driving licence( if require)

I think that's it.

But it is not simple to get all this done.
