What forms are required for applying now-a-days

Hi there,
I am wondering what forms are required to submit an application for Tier-1 from Pakistan.
I already knew these two, but on the ukba website they have a form which is not on ukvisas website. Please confirm
1. VAF9
2. Appendix-1

What do I need to make my application? is what you want.

It sounds VAF9 and Appendix-1 is enough. Do I need to attach a seperate sheet containing my family detail, or I can just write it on Part 7 of VAF9.

Few months ago these forms were electronically fillable, but after the policy change impact these are not fillable anymore. What do you recomment, should I fill these by hand or make it typewritten.

You do not need to attach any additional sheet, unless specifically asked for. Fill the forms whichever way you feel comfortable.
