I have Applied in October 2001.
My Qualifications are :
B.Comm : Regular
PGDCA : Corespondence
MFC : Corespondence
PGDCMN : Corespondence
M.Sc Comp. Science : Lateral Entry Corespondence
MCA : Lateral Entry Corespondence

I also Submitted IELTS Scoring:
Listening : 5.5
Reading : 5.0
Writing : 7.0
Speaking : 6.0

I am also Working as Computer Programmer since January 1998 in the same firm.

Martial Status : Unmarried

Now Plz. Suggest me that
Wheather I Have to be evaluated under New or Old System.

Wheather I am Qualifying or Not and When will be the Interviewed.[/b]

I suggest you practice your english well. Your IELTS scores are not that great. Study and take the test again.
I do not know whether CIC accepts correspondence schools but someone else can give you their opinion.
Depending on your country of application, time lines vary from visa post to visa post. If it is India, I think it is up to 60 months.

Practice your english some more and retake the test.
