EC: What kind of employer letter needed

EC: What kind of employer letter needed

I am curently working in a company and planning to apply EC. Now is the last increment letter from employer is enough?or I have to get some refrence letter stating I work there and my responsibilities are ....? Only when the person resigns he gets a experience letter form employer, when when employed currently what is needed for EC?

Can any one who applied for EC from India while working in company please answer? What kind of documets are needed from current employer?

I am planning to apply for EC next week. I need to collect necessary documents form my current employer. Can any one please help?
