what name to put on the FLR M

Hi everyone,

my wife came on a fiancee visa and we married and are now applying for FLR,
when applying for a FLR M for my wife i'm a bit confused as to what name to put,

when it asks for the applicants full name as in your passport i obviously put her name plus her maiden surname as this is what it states on the passport, however when it then asks surname or family name, do i put her maiden name or do i put her new surname??

Whatever is on the marriage certificate now , not on her passport

so i disregard her maiden name for all questions enquiring her surname, regardless of what it says on her passport and just put my family surname

Thats right. disregard her maiden name as she will no longer be using it since she has got married to you.
