What option to select( settled... yes or no ? For the child born in Uk to EEA parents

The MN1 form asks "Have you had settlement in the UK?" and later on requests evidence of their settled status in the UK.

The child (applicant)
- is EEA citizen,
- was born in the UK
- her parents became Settled after his birth and applying Naturlisation in the same time
WhT option should I select ?

Also if any one knows the last question of the form which states
Other information

Do you have any other details that you would like to be considered regarding this applicant and their application to be registered as a British Citizen?


The answer would be no I guess , any thoughts ?
