What options do I have while tier 1 app is in process?

Hello guys,

I have applied for tier 1 entrepreneur in last January 2012, my application got refused and it's in a appeal process. I have completed my MBA and have applied through psw route. I arrived to uk in September 2005 and it's only 1 and half year left to complete my 10 years.

I want to know if I can apply again for tier 4 or not while my application is in appeal process!

If I can apply than can I take masters again or compulsory do I have to go to phd?

it depends what degree levels you have done and yes you can vary your application but send pm message to Amber_ they are most seniors here.

You have to put your courses and visas time line dates

then may b any one ca guide you
im on same boat enterpr visa is hard to get these days more questions in interview and need perfection in business plans and etc. So read tier1 forum section on same thid plate form.

Secondly wait for these people for reply .may Allah solve you problems.

Actually my courses are like this,

2006-2006- diploma in it
2006-2008- pg diploma in it
2008-2009- msc in it
2009-2010- MBA
2011-2013 psw.

I have some idea on this issue although I would advise you seek senior Gurus' advise on this issue.

In the first instance, you should have consulted widely before going for entrepreneurship because nowadays that is a trick territory-very hard to get. From Post Graduate Visa, you should have tried an MPhil programme. There are many Unis' offering this programme on less than 2 years duration basis. You can not do PhD because you go beyond 8 years capping limit-they you apply they will reject.

Since you have already committed yourself to entrepreneurship, I do not know if you can be allowed to withdraw and apply for Tier 4, seniors on this forum can advise on this. But I know your issue is a complicated one because how do you apply for a place in Uni at this pointwhen all your documents are with HO?
