What should they do?

Post by Siggi » Tue Jul 22, 2008 10:05 am

A friend of mine is British by registration(Born outside the UK of a British Father)
He moved to the UK five years ago, together with his wife and son who at the time was 9months old.
His wife & son received FLR and two later his wife received her ILR, but they never applied for their son, so he was left on a expired FLR and still is.

Question is what is the son status or what should be done for him now he is almost 6years old?

The Mother can of course apply for Naturalisation.

Why didn't she include her son in her SET(M) application for free?

Can they do that as the son was not born in the UK?
