what to do ?

two weeks back i posted application . now what i have to do for confirmation of acceptance of my application .
Approxi. how much time it will take , any buddy can guess ?

email Home office(HSMP.Workpermits@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk) mentioning your name, date of birth, nationality, and application sent date , and ask them for the reference number. You should get a reply in 1/2 days.
There are people here who are waiting from 5 months, so in your case it will take not less then 7 months.
