Hi

I have four year work permit which is expiring in March 2010 and I have to extend for another year to be able to apply for indefinite leave to remain. My employer is registered with Home office.

I am planning to apply in early March 2010, please help answering the question.

• Which form I need to fill in for extension?
• What documents I need to get from my employer apart from certificate of sponsorship?
